How to increase flash size in GNS3

This is a real quick post and I wanted to show you how to increase flash size in GNS3.

While trying to copy a software package from my local machine to the GNS3 router, I was faced with a problem.

The flash memory on my router was not sufficient enough to copy the entire file from my local machine.

And there wasn’t much help online about this issue. In fact, most of the folks stated that there’s no workaround for this.

However it did work for me.

Right-click your Router > Configure > Memories and Disks > Disks > PCMCIA disk0 size:

How to increase flash size in GNS3

Set this to the desired value and reboot your router.

And it works :).
